Terms and Conditions of Service
Travelermateonline.com "TMO" is a California partnership and may be contacted at PO Box number 305, 1218 East Broadway, Long Beach, CA 90802, or electronically by clicking "contact us" on our website. This is a legal agreement between you and TMO. By completing your registration and clicking on the "I Accept" button you will become a registered user of TMO, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for as long as you continue to be a registered user. IF YOU OBJECT TO ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICE. The terms of this agreement are subject to change by TMO at any time, effective upon posting updated terms on this website: any use of this service after such notice will constitute acceptance by you of such changes.
	1.	Eligibility. MINORS MY NOT BECOME REGISTERED USERS OF THIS SERVICE. By registering you represent and warrant that you at least 18 years of age.
	2.	Exclusive Use. Your account is for your sole personal use, and you may not authorize others to use your account. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
	3.	Membership. You may become a member of TMO pursuant to the pricing outlined on this site. You my cancel your membership at anytime, however, no refunds of any kind will be provided by TMO. TMO may terminate your membership at the sole discretion of TMO if you have breached this agreement. Prior notice for termination of an account is not required.
	4.	User Conduct. As a member of TMO you agree to the following:
			a.	You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish, display, or communicate in any manner to other TMO users.
			b.	You will not post, transmit, or otherwise communicate any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material of any kind.
			c.	You will use this site consistent with all applicable, local, state, and national regulations and laws.
			d.	You will not provide inaccurate or false information to TMO, or any other user of this site.
			e.	You will not engage in advertising, or solicitation to buy or sell any product through TMO. You will not transmit chain letters or spam to other users of TMO.
			f.	You are solely responsible for your interactions with other TMO users. You agree to take normal precautions when meeting other individuals through TMO.
			g.	You will promptly report any violations of the terms of this agreement by other TMO users.
			h.	TMO reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted on this site. TMO shall have the right to remove any material that in its sole opinion violates any applicable law or the terms of this agreement. Emails sent between you and other users of TMO which are not accessible to the general public will be treated as private by TMO to the extent permitted by applicable law.
	5.	Contact with other TMO Members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other TMO users. You agree and understand that TMO does not in anyway screen its members nor inquire into the backgrounds of its members to verify statements by its members. TMO makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of its members. In no event shall TMO be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of TMO, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of this TMO or persons you meet through this Service. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other members of TMO, particularly if decide to meet in person.
	6.	Warranties.
			a.	TMO provides the service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to the service. TMO specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
			b.	TMO does not warrant that your use of the service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, error free or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in TMO will be corrected. TMO disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to the connectivity and availability of TMO.
	7.	Limitation of liability.
			a.	In no event shall TMO be liable for any incidental special, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use TMO, including, without limitation, damages for loss or corruption of data or programs, service interruptions and procurement of substitute services, even if TMO knows or has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances will TMO's aggregate liability, on any form of action whatsoever in connection with this agreement, exceed the price paid by you for your account. TMO shall not re responsible or liable for any damages or losses resulting from any correspondence or business dealings with third-party advertisers or resulting from the presence of such advertisers on TMO.
			b.	TMO makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of TMO users or their compatibility with any current or future Registered Users. In no event shall TMO be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of TMO, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of TMO or persons introduced to you through TMO.
	8.	Privacy. TMO will keep confidential and private all information supplied by the user designated as such during the registration process including name, credit card number, password etc., and shall use or disclose such information only for the purpose for which the information was collected, or as required by court order or applicable law.
	9.	Intellectual Proprietary Rights. TMO owns and retains all proprietary rights on this website. TMO contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of TMO, its licensors and licensees. Except for information which is in the public domain, you agree not to copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any TMO proprietary information.
	10.	Indemnity by User. You will indemnify and hold harmless TMO, its partners, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses including (reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of TMO, including any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.
	11.	Jurisdiction of Law. If there is any dispute resulting from use of TMO you expressly agree that any such dispute shall govern by the laws of the State of California, and you expressly agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of California State, and Federal courts in the county of Los Angeles for the resolution of any such dispute.
	12.	Entire Agreement. This agreement contains the entire agreement between you and TMO regarding the use of this website. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
